Silent Interludes

Ep21 - Silent Interludes: Howdy, Ya'll! 🤠☕🌠 Today, is Flowgnar's first "Silent Episode" the includes only instrumentals and motivational ideas, and dedicated to my comic hero and writer for G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Larry Hama, who was the creator of the first "silent issue" (Marvel G.I. Joe: ARAH Issue #21) that included an entire story without dialog or sound effects. However, I decided to take this episode a step further. Included between tracks and mixed into the instrumentals are a handful of motivational thoughts from inspirational speakers that are sure to improve your mental health. For me, this episode is a must for anyone interested in using their outdoor time to think. Enjoy!

Today's Trail-Tested Playlist

I have personally trail-tested this playlist on my 2019 Kona Hei Hei CR/DL mountain bike called Chickensaurus-Rex to flow you through 10 miles of Texas gnar. Then I do it again on foot with Salomon Speedcross 6 Forces trail shoes to make sure it can hold up to a good 3-mile ruck carrying a pair of Rogue Fitness vest plates (20LB). In other words, this mix has been certified to KEEP YOU MOVING!
